Let's Create The Perfect Design
This inquiry box is for all design projects other than wedding stationery.

The Process
THE FIRST STEP
Please complete the above form, and I will respond with my availability for your wedding date as soon as possible. My availability is limited to a predetermined number of clients per month to ensure top quality work and allow time for revisions.
THE TIMELINE
In my response to your inquiry, I will provide a month when I would like to begin working on your save the dates if you're planning on sending them, ideally 10 months prior to your wedding or before. I like to start working on wedding invitation suites at least five months in advance of your wedding. This will allow a month of design/revision time, adequate time for printing and shipping, and give you a few weeks to send them out. My recommendation is sending invitations 6 weeks-8 weeks before your big day.
THE PROCESS
My turnaround time for an initial design is generally a month. I will let you know when I have time to start on your stationery, taking your deadlines into account. While I sometimes have more flexibility in my schedule, I will need to receive your information within the first week of the month I have given you or before to guarantee your spot on my calendar, along with a down payment of 50% of the design fee.
THE DOWN PAYMENT
I will send an estimate after you determine how many invitations and accompanying pieces you will need (it's just an estimate, so final numbers can come later), which you will approve, and I will need to receive a non-refundable down payment of half of the design fee to @Faith-Walker-2015 via Venmo, or send a check to the address on the estimate before I begin working. My availability is subject to change if you choose not to book right away. I will add you to my calendar if I have availability, but if I do not hear from you within the timeframe we agreed upon, I may give your reserved spot to the next client who submits a payment sooner.
HERE WE GO!
After receiving your down payment, I will start on a design and send a proof within the promised month. You are welcome to make any changes you would like to see until the design perfectly matches your vision. If requested changes exceed the amount of time for the initial "starting at" price to apply, I will let you know, and an additional $20/hour will be added onto the final invoice. I will work until you are satisfied with the design, at which point I will request your final payment to move forward with printing or sending final files.
THE LAST STEP
Printing and shipping usually take between 1-2 weeks. After you receive your beautiful custom stationery, mail it to your guests and revel in how impressed they are with these keepsake pieces!
